Consultation Services
Client agrees to employ Company to perform consulting, assessments, and informative Sleep Plans in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The services will be provided to Client by a Company Sleep Consultant.

Terms of Agreement
Company will provide services to the Client regarding the implementation of healthy sleep habits for the Child. This includes a Sleep Package purchased through Company. Following the initial consultation included in each Sleep Package, clients will receive an email from Company asking for further intake assessment questions to be completed. This form will need to be returned to the Company within two (2) weeks to avoid being charged for future consultation calls.

After the intake assessment has been received Company will provide the Client with an individualized Sleep Plan within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company and Client. The Client will receive a training call if they Purchased Sleep Packages (Tiny Bee Limited Support and Tiny Bee Inclusive Support). If they purchased Tiny Bee (Click and Done) there is no further support unless purchased at the price of $25.

Company has the authority to terminate any package or phone/video support at any time if Client breaches any of the terms within this Agreement. This Sleep Plan must not be shared with any other person.

Healthcare Provider
Client must speak with Child’s pediatrician before beginning the Sleep Training Program if Client has any questions regarding Child’s health. It is up to Client to ensure that Child’s sleep habits are not due to an underlying condition. Company is not providing breastfeeding tips but, rather, discusses the average feeds/ounces a Child needs a day. Breastfeeding questions are reserved for Child’s pediatrician.

Liability and Disclaimer
Company’s Sleep Consultant is available for encouraging safe and healthy sleep but is not a Doctor, Mental Health Provider, or therapist. Client will always be advised to seek the advice from a qualified health care provider with any questions regarding Child’s, or Client’s, health.

Payment to Company
Company will be paid in full before services are rendered. Company will provide an invoice outlining all services included in the package purchased within 24 hours of this Agreement being fully executed.

The Resting Bee Refund Policy

  • Partial refunds are available on all packages (if purchased within 14 days and followed through the plan word for word) of the refund request except for Tiny Bee Inclusive Support.

  • If Client purchases packages with Phone and Email Support included, they have six (6) months to use these supports. After six (6) months the supports will expire. There are no refunds on Phone and Email Support, purchased within the packages.

  • Client receives one (1) free consultation call with the Sleep Packages except for Tiny Bee Click Done. Client who takes longer than two (2) weeks to confirm readiness must purchase another consultation call at the price of $15.

  • Refund Request forms must be completed and sent to support@therestingbee.com within 14 days of the purchase of the package. The online link for the Refund Request form is located at www.therestingbee.com/refund.

  • Refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment source, whether Client paid with a credit card, bank account, or Paypal.

  • Refund requests on Phone and Video supports, not included in packages, must be requested within 24 hours of the purchase via email to support@therestingbee.com. If requested within the 24 hours, Client can receive half of the purchased value.

  • At no time will a Package purchased with a discount code higher than 10% be able to be refunded.

  • Client who misses scheduled phone supports or video chats, due to illness (that leads to a hospitalization) or death (family member or friend) may have their scheduled supports paused for two (2) weeks. If after two (2) weeks they are unable to continue with the purchased support, they must submit an email asking for 48 more hours of pause. If they do not submit this email their support will be lost, and they will not be refunded.

  • All Packages can be upgraded to the next package, but packages cannot be lowered to the lesser package. The client must pay the difference within packages.


Confidential Information/Privacy
After this Agreement is executed, any information received by Company, from Client, about Client or Child will be shared only with the Sleep Consultant. A handwritten signature of Client must be completed and on file to share this information.

Client Commitment
By executing this Agreement Client acknowledges they understand the structure of the Sleep Plan. This helps avoid misunderstandings and emphasizes the importance of proper follow-through with the steps and process of the Sleep Plan and phone or video support. Client promises to review the Sleep Plan within 48 hours so that they can discuss any confusion, doubts, concerns or questions with Company. Client knows that Company is available at discussed times and dates and will meet those terms and conditions. Any other required support will receive an answer within 48 hours and 72 hours after a federal Holiday.

Agreement Execution
Client submits their signature and declares that they are competent, and have authority, to contract services for Child. Client affirms and swears that they have read the Agreement in its entirety (prior to receiving the Purchased Sleep Package or Support) and are fully familiar with the contents within.
